Please note: we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order includes all original parts and components, and the product is returned in its original packaging.
  2. The product shows only normal handling — damage from careless handling is not covered.
  3. For hygiene-sensitive products, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before beginning the return process.
  4. Any damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the item.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt; if the above conditions are met, your return will be confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if we reasonably believe it has been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, email us at lachlan@revelorstore.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo of the product (if damaged)
  • Your first and last name
  • Your address

We will respond with the correct return address. Please do not send items back before receiving this confirmation — returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or not-as-described items

Separately from the return window above, your purchase comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. This applies regardless of the 30-day return window described above. To make a claim, contact us at lachlan@revelorstore.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, and meets the conditions above, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Original delivery costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a faulty or not-as-described item under the Australian Consumer Law guarantees above.
