Shipping policy

Below you'll find the average delivery time for all orders.

Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process it. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within 1 working day; orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer. Once processed, your order is dispatched and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days. We aim to make ordering and delivery as simple as possible — if you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

Placing an order

Ordering with Revelor is simple:

  1. Go to the product page and add your chosen item to your cart, making sure you've selected the correct variant.
  2. Click Proceed to Checkout and enter your correct shipping details.
  3. On the shipping page, double-check your address details. All shipping is completely free — we cover shipping and delivery costs on every order.
  4. Click Proceed to Payment and choose your preferred payment method. All payments are SSL-encrypted for a secure checkout.

Available payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card (via Shopify Payments)
  • PayPal

Once you've selected your payment method, click Complete Order and follow the prompts to finish checkout. If you run into any issues, our customer service team is here to help.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order quantity required.
